- Terms of Service -

1 - General

  1. I reserve the right to refuse certain demands or to take your order as a whole at any time during the discussion process. If that happens and you already paid, you will be entirely refunded.

  2. The prices on my price list are informational. It's a base price that will likely be different from the final price.

  3. Please prefer Telegram for commission related discussion and sharing files.

  4. Try to avoid small talk during discussion as it makes it harder for me to find the information I need when I go back on it.

  5. I usually answer commission related messages pretty quickly, within 24 hours. If I don't answer you, don't hesitate to poke me again !

  6. I usually don't have a deadline so if you want to receive your order within a certain time frame, you need to tell me right away.

2 - Payment

  1. Payment is made in euro and via bank transfer or Stripe only.

  2. Payment is made before I start working on your commission.

  3. For 150€ or more commissions, you can ask for a payment plan (2 payments with a 50% deposit before starting the commission).

  4. You need to make the second payment within 30 days after the first one in order to receive your order.

  5. Refunds are made only if I refuse to finish your commission.

3 - Commission process and rules

  1. Please make sure to provide me one or multiple USABLE references of your character. I reserve the right to refuse commissions with unusable references such as : shaded references, screenshots of videogames or 3D models, AI generated references, and references that don't allow me to see the whole design of your character (doesn't apply to reference sheet commissions).

  2. Make sure to send your reference(s) in high quality (send as file on telegram) so I can follow them better.

  3. Make sure you check the sketch thoroughly before approving it. Any major changes after this step will occur additional costs.

  4. Changes are different from corrections. Changes are modifications of things that we didn't agree on during the discussion phase. Corrections is when things that we agreed on during the discussion or that were on your ref sheet need to be fixed because I missed them. While corrections are always free, after the sketching phase, you may ask for minor changes for free 2 times but more changes will occur additional costs.

  5. Please check the final piece thoroughly when you receive it. You may ask for changes or alternate versions within 1 week after the final piece was sent. Any changes or demands of alternate version (format change, no background version, etc.) will occur additional cost.

  6. Any modification of elements that weren't specified during the discussion process (ex : background color) will count as a change.

4 - Final Product

  1. When using or reposting the final picture, always make sure you credit me or that at least my signature is visible on the picture.

  2. For stickers, please include the watermark sticker provided in the pack you will add it in.

  3. Until you pay the entirety of your order, the property and rights of the works in progress (WIPs) and the final piece stay mine entirely.

  4. I reserve the right post and use the final piece and the WIPs as examples of my work.

  5. However, you can ask me not to post the final piece or WIPs until a certain date if it's for a surprise or a gift. You can also ask me not to post it at all if you want it to remain private, but either way you have to tell me before we start the commission, during discussion.

  6. Unless we agree on different terms during discussion, the piece you commission me is for PERSONAL USE ONLY meaning you cannot make profit out of it or use it for commercial purpose.

  7. You may crop the final picture (ex: for a profile picture) but unless we agree on different terms, modifying the final picture (including with AI) is strictly forbidden.

  8. In a similar way, it is strictly forbidden to feed the artwork to an AI wether it’s to animate it or to use it as a reference.
